With over 23 years of healthcare experience and more than 13 years practicing as a nurse practitioner, Jonathan Rohde brings deep clinical knowledge, seasoned leadership, and a compassionate approach to care through his new practice. This next chapter reflects both professional growth and a calling to serve patients in a more personalized and spiritually grounded way.
Jonathan previously worked at Mayo Clinic, where he served in the Division of Hospital Medicine as a hospitalist nurse practitioner. From 2012 to 2025, he cared for medically complex inpatient populations and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams across general surgery, trauma, critical care, and internal medicine. His tenure was marked by impactful leadership—developing onboarding programs, NP/PA care models, and credentialing standards across multiple hospitals, and by a commitment to quality.
This new practice is built on a foundation of clinical excellence, personal connection, and faith. Whether navigating the complexities of mental health or offering a quiet space for healing, Jonathan meets patients with the respect, skill, and presence they've been searching for.
